Xiecheng (Arthur) Shao

Xiecheng(Arthur) Shao is a BME Ph.D student in Professor Gianluca Lazzi’s lab, whose focus is on designing external circuit system to manipulate the electric field property in implant systems utilizing electric field. After having two RA positions during undergraduate in an epigenetics lab studying memory formation and in a neuroengineering lab building portable BCI systems, he gained both biology lab techniques and electric engineering knowledge which he will combine and apply in his Ph.D study. His job and technique involves in-vitro and in-vivo experiment, SPICE modeling and COMSOL modeling.
